Sport-Specific Strength and Conditioning
Power Tek Fitness brings customized, sport-specific strength training programs to the elite athlete at the high school, collegiate and professional levels. Training programs can be customized to any sport need including: Hockey, Football, Rugby, MMA and baseball.
Individualized, scientifically designed programs prepare the body to effectively maximize power, speed, strength and mobility while creating a greater resistance to injury and developing a platform for success.

Power Tek Fitness offers a host of training options for the competitive athlete. Our programs run all year to meet the off-season and in-season needs of every athlete in any sport and are tailored to the individual needs, age, and training level of the athlete.

Elite Summer / Off-Season Athlete Performance Program
Training Program
- Functional Movement Screen / Assessment to effectively individualize and direct exercise prescription and programming
- 3/4 Phase structured training program including functional strength and conditioning , dryland speed training and agility / work tolerance training to optimize performance
- 5 training sessions per week aimed at optimizing speed, strength, power, agility and injury resistance
- Functional prehabilitation practices and core education to enhance movement, structural balance and resistance to injury
Nutritional Program
- Nutrition Education Program (NPE)
- Myo Armour supplementation program – post workout nutritional program
- Comprehensive menus / meal plans and recipe suggestions to effectively drive optimal nutrition and recovery
- Regular dietary assessments and Biosignature assessments to individualize dietary recommendations
Treatment / Management
- Fascial Stretch ( Stretch To Win ) and Fascial Abrasion treatments to optimize tissue health and aid recovery
- An on – site multi – disciplinary sports medicine program
- Acupuncture, Touch For Health and Performance Kinesio Taping strategies to improve joint - tissue mechanics and recovery from exercise

Winter Performance Training
The Winter training program involves a focus on in - season recovery and maintenance built around the demands of practice and games - a lower training volume targeting mobility and functional strength. Performance can be compromised during the in -season period - the key is to capitalize on gains made during the off – season and maintain strength and prevent injury during a demanding season that wreaks havoc on the body.
Training Program
- Monthly Functional Movement Screen / Assessment to effectively individualize and direct exercise prescription and programming
- 12 week training programs targeted at maximizing strength, speed, work tolerance and functional stability – an Elite Athletic Performance Program geared to the needs of the developmental and elite athlete alike.
- Functional prehabilitation practices and core education to enhance movement, structural balance and resistance to injury

SILVER - $100.00 / Month
( 2 days per week )

- 6 - 8 x 75 minute min individualized, supervised training sessions per month
BRONZE - $100.00
( One To One Programming )

- 2 Hour assessment and program implementation ( 4 – 6 Week Training Program )

Winter Schedule
Monday / Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday - 5:00 - 6:00 pm & 6:00 - 7:00 pm
* athletes are responsible for purchasing a membership at Spectrum Fitness - Click Here for Rates
* athletes will select a program OPTION and TIME preference - schedules will be generated monthly based on athlete availability / selection.
Athletes will attend based on agreed times. There will be no supervision for athletes attending gym outside of these times.
