Power Tek Fitness is an established, respected strength and conditioning/rehabilitative consulting company with 25 years of experience serving both the elite and recreational athlete - we develop high performance strength and conditioning and rehabilitative strategies aimed at improving performance, reducing injury and facilitating recovery from injury. We have effectively bridged the gap between theory and practice preparing the competitive athlete for the demands of sport and providing fitness alternatives aimed at enhancing functional fitness, systemic health and body composition.

Philosophy

The philosophy is simple - optimize performance and functional fitness in the high performance athlete and fitness enthusiast alike using an array of training and treatment strategies that have redefined the field of human performance. No gimmicks or hype. No treadmill running or circus tricks on Swiss Balls. Scientifically proven practices aimed at maximizing performance and health. Each athlete is individually assessed and screened to diagnose any movement issues that could impede progress - programs are then designed in accordance with the sport - specific needs, training age, injury history and functional abilities of the athlete. The key to success is the on-going evaluation process that individually drives programming for each athlete.
