Text Box: MISSION STATEMENT

It is our goal to provide our patients, clients and athletes with the most functionally effective, “cutting-edge” conditioning and rehabilitation programs available. We believe that the true test of an exercise program is its ability to meet the needs of the individual. Every exercise and training plan is designed with the unique needs of the athlete in mind – we clearly match the long-term exercise objectives with the individual injury history, sport-specific training needs and training status of the client.

CHANGING DEMANDS OF SPORT

The demands placed on the Text Box: competitive athlete have changed. Athletes are bigger, stronger and faster. Successful athletes and championship performances are a product of a scientific, progressive approach to strength and conditioning. The summer is a time to “fine-tune” the physical talents and abilities that will set you apart from the rest of the competition.

FUNCTIONAL SPORT – SPECIFIC STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING

We have set ourselves apart by carefully designing and capitalizing on “ground-breaking” methods of conditioning. Our summer sport-specific conditioning program is an explosive, innovative 4 – phase
Text Box: training plan specifically designed to improve performance and reduce injury. We utilize a combination of traditional strength training, explosive speed-power conditioning, Swiss Ball stability training and dry-land speed / agility conditioning to optimize performance. We have produced champions in every sport !
